A client wanted a Chinoiserie seat for a London Square in order for the residents around the Square to use, but wanted a more resilient back for this public space. I came up with the Chinoiserie Heavy Back version for the client who was content with the idea. The seat back is stronger while the overall seat retains the original design feature of the standard Chinoiserie seat.
The Chinoiserie Heavy Back has become so popular I have added it to my collection, and it is now available in 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater, and 5-seater seats as well as dining chair and armchair.
