1) TIMBER & ASSEMBLING
1.1) What kind of timber is used? Is it from certified plantations?

1.2) Do I have to assemble the products by myself?
No. All my furniture is fully assembled, except Barbecue Tables and Tree Seats which are easy to be put together with the instruction provided. (Each Tree Seat comes in two halves which need to be put together.)

3.1) PRICE LIST : Where can I find a price list ?

3.3) TAX : Do the prices include value added tax?
Prices for UK & EU countries include VAT (Value-Added Tax). If you are a VAT registered company/organisation in the EU ( excluding United Kingdom ), your company/organisation may be exempt from British VAT. We may deduct VAT amount from the listed prices for you, if you can supply us your company/organisation's VAT number.
Prices for USA, Non-EEC countries and Channel Island do not include VAT, because VAT is exempt.
4) DELIVERY CHARGE
4.1) How much does it cost ?
For mainland UK delivery, please read our Delivery Charges.
For Channel Islands and Northern Island, we can give you an estimate of delivery charge. Please contact us stating all the items that you wish to order.
For rest of world, we can give you an estimate of delivery charge. Please contact us stating all the items that you may like to order.
4.2) Can I arrange my own collection / delivery ?
Yes.
5) LEAD TIME : What is the lead time after I place an order?
Usually, if stock is available it will take upto two weeks for delivery (depending on where you are located). If stock is not available, it may take longer. Painting usually requires an extra one or two weeks. Because we do not operate mass production but craft and make our product individually, we recommend you place an order as early as possible if you need the delivery for a specific event.
For availability, please contact us stating all items that you are interested.
6) DEPOSIT & PAYMENT : Do you require a deposit with an order, and How do I pay?
We usually require a 50% deposit with an order, and the balance when your order is ready for delivery.
We accept debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD). There is a 1.40% credit card charge. No charge for debit card.
You can also pay by BACS/BANK transfer. We will supply our bank details on request.
7) VIEWING PRODUCTS : Where can I view Andrew Crace garden furniture?
You are welcome to visit our premise. Please find address at the bottom of this page. We are located north of London, between Bishops Stortford (M11, junction 8) and Harlow (M11, junction 7). For our business location, please click Google Map.
If you come from a long distance, please telephone or contact us first to make an appointment, as we are sometimes closed. We try to be open from 9 to 5, Mondays - Fridays. Weekends and Bank holidays by appointment.
